How can a passenger seat in my Chevy S10 swivel for access for the disabled?

My friend is paralyzed on the left side after a stroke. It would make things worlds easier for him and me, if the passenger (bucket) seats could be addressed swivel – so the legs could forward (toward ) of the hood or he could pivot in order to be out of the car and his body and legs outside the front passenger door. Is there a bracket or a special place for it? I know the device (~ $ 30.00) can be based on the square, but I want to pan the entire bank. It would be safer and for him, I need safe!
