The purchase of a computer that has been renovated?

I am thinking about buying a netbook to surf only fight with you on trips and on the Internet. I saw an Acer Aspire One refurbished available on Tiger Direct for $ 199. It was a really good price, but I was not sure about buying a refurbished. I was hoping someone could tell me whether they are as new (as they say they are) or something wrong with them.

+ I agree. Acer computers are to be avoided, especially refurb.
