My Toshiba 42 "DLP TV will not open the door and the two DLP and power flash LEDs. Any ideas?

My wife bought the TV and I (and she was gone ; doesn t know where the manual is.

if its still in waranty which is usually 1 year, contact Toshiba. sounds like you need a new source. if you the 2 Generation of DLP's, dont qoute me, but I think that replacement bulbs are about $ 250, I think. or maybe your color wheel was damaged, or is something wrong with it. either way call toshiba.
